According to Article 17 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Faculty Board is composed of the Dean, heads of the departments within the faculty, and, if applicable, the directors of the affiliated institutes and higher education schools. Additionally, it includes three professors elected by the faculty's professors for a three-year term, two associate professors elected by the associate professors, and one faculty member elected by the lecturers. The Faculty Board normally meets at the beginning and end of each semester. The Dean may call the Faculty Board to meet when necessary.

Duties: The Faculty Board is an academic body and performs the following tasks:

1. Decide on the faculty’s educational, scientific research, and publication activities, as well as the principles, plans, programs, and academic calendar related to these activities.
2. Elect members for the Faculty Administrative Board.
3. Perform other duties assigned by the law.
