The face-to-face counseling program schedules, covering the entire active academic semester and the semester break period, are arranged by the relevant department committees in accordance with the recommendations of student advisors and the approval of our department chairpersons.
During the course add-drop and advisor approval period of the active academic semester, our student advisors will continue to be available in their departments on all working days and will accept students.
The faculty member responsible for advising students is required to carry out the advising duties for their assigned students. The advising role cannot be performed by another faculty member/staff who is not assigned by the department chairmanship.
In case of a valid excuse (annual/excuse/health leave or assignment) preventing the advisor from being present at the university, and if the situation is reported to the department chairmanship, a temporary advisor will be appointed by the department chairmanship.
