Core Mission: To nurture individuals who, underpinned by national and universal values, contribute to the social, cultural, economic, scientific, and technological development of society and humanity. These individuals are committed to ethical values, possess a professional conscience and responsibility, are creative, productive, collaborative, able to communicate across disciplines, inquisitive, analytical, respectful of human values and the environment, and continually self-improving. The mission also includes conducting research that contributes to science and technology at an international level, training individuals capable of conducting such research, creating and maintaining necessary infrastructure, and contributing to society and the environment.

Objective 1: Enhance the Quality of Education and Training Services

  • Goal 1: Update and develop programs and methods implemented in departments, improve existing educational spaces, and create new ones.
  • Goal 2: Recruit qualified academic staff to the faculty and contribute to establishing university-level Appointment and Promotion Criteria promptly.

  • Management Policy: Promote a participatory and collaborative management approach; ensure efficient use of resources and time; reduce complaints and increase satisfaction within the faculty.

  • Education Policy: Continuously update education programs and methods in line with contemporary requirements and the universal understanding of science; train creative, research-oriented, and analytical individuals who respect human values and the environment; integrate information technology into education effectively; strengthen student-faculty relations; and continuously measure the quality of education.

  • Research Policy: Increase publications in reputable international journals; improve infrastructure for research, activate supportive units, reward and motivate researchers, and facilitate access to information. Prioritize interdisciplinary studies and projects that can contribute to society and the economy.

  • Human Resources Policy: Select individuals who embrace the faculty's vision and mission, place suitable individuals in appropriate roles, improve work environments, support motivational social and cultural services, and foster a sense of institutional belonging and responsibility.

  • Promotion Policy: Engage with top secondary schools and university preparation institutions to attract qualified students, prepare and regularly update promotional materials, publicize research activities, and support scientific and social events at national and international levels.
