Quality Policy:
Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University (BAİBÜ) aims to conduct activities in the fields of education, training, and R&D in accordance with international standards and to meet local and global needs through services aligned with higher education policies and strategies. The university adopts a Quality Management System that operates based on strategic management principles and employs the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for periodic updates and continuous improvements. The views and needs of internal and external stakeholders are valued throughout these processes.
The Quality Commissions of faculties, vocational schools, institutes, and R&D centers carry out internal evaluations in coordination with the University Quality Commission. External evaluation and accreditation are regarded as independent, impartial, and guiding assessments that complement internal evaluations on behalf of the institution.
In education and training, BAİBÜ adopts a student-centered and lifelong learning approach, striving to transform R&D outputs into products that benefit humanity through planning and implementation geared towards societal and global needs. The university works to integrate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of R&D into education and training, while enhancing existing resources and capacities.
